Welcome
Welcome to thom.one/drive. This is where we store team stuff.
Feedback
This site is constantly being updated to fit the requirements of Team Thom, please can you send any feedback (big or small) to Rio. Basically everything can be changed on this site as needed, so please let me know!
Accounts
You must make an account to sign up. To do this, you will need the sign up code which is in ‘Passwords’. Please do not give this password to anyone, as this could mean that they are able to access everything on this site. If you forget your password, you can only reset it by speaking with Rio and resetting it in-person (to ensure that no one is able to see it). Passwords are fully encrypted, and not even people with access to this website’s files are able to see it. Ideally, use a passkey, as this cannot be forgotten.
Data collected
Since this site is not made with any profit in mind, very little data is collected. The only data which could possibly be viewed is the amount of storage which is taken up. This is only viewable by people who are able to access the files for this site (so just Rio). This simply shows up as a username and how much data someone uses, nothing more (and the names and data of files cannot be viewed by anyone).
Personal
This is your personal drive. No one else can view it. Please be mindful that we, across all team members’ personal drives AND the shared drive, only have 200gb of storage.
Team
This is the team’s drive. Any files put in here can be viewed or deleted by anyone with an account. Please be mindful that we, across all team members’ personal drives AND the shared drive, only have 200gb of storage.
Services
This page has the links to view any of the services which we, as a team, use but are not accessible via this site.
Proprietary
This page contains features which we do not use on the site frequently. They should not be used, since they probably won’t be checked by the team. They are here as a graveyard as they have been superseded by other services. They might become useful in the future, if, for example, someone who we work with cannot access our current external services (e.g. non-Apple users).
